This is an entry-level position in the underwriting department for the Underwriting Services Team. The Submissions Associate is primarily responsible for reviewing and ensuring that all data is accurately entered into our workflow system for all lines of business. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to work and learn in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare submissions for new and renewal business in line with underwriting requirements within time standards
  • Ensure that all supporting materials and any necessary documents are included with each submission workflow
  • Monitor submission timelines and provide periodic updates to internal stakeholders regarding the status of submissions
  • Assist in training new team members
Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal, reading and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range for this position is $60,000–$65,000 plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, and geographic location.
