Location: Chicago, IL / Remote

We are currently seeking a Change Associate to support organizational change initiatives related to Guidewire and broader insurance transformation programs. This role focuses on business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption by supporting communications, training coordination, and change activities. The ideal candidate is detailโ€‘oriented, collaborative, and interested in helping employees successfully navigate system and process changes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in documenting change impacts across business processes, systems, and roles, and support readiness tracking and stakeholder identification.
  • Support stakeholder engagement efforts by maintaining stakeholder lists, coordinating meetings, and assisting with change network activities.
  • Assist in developing and distributing communications, including project updates, announcements, and FAQs, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Support training initiatives by coordinating sessions, maintaining training schedules, and organizing training materials and job aids.
  • Track adoption metrics such as training completion, engagement levels, and feedback to identify potential risks and support adoption strategies.
  • Maintain organizational change management (OCM) documentation, including impact assessments, communication plans, and training materials.
  • Support coordination of OCM activities across project teams to ensure alignment with timelines and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in change management, business analysis, communications, training, or project support roles.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, userโ€‘friendly content.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business and project teams in a fastโ€‘paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint is a plus.
  • Foundational understanding of change management principles and interest in structured methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance operations (underwriting, policy administration, billing, or claims) preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range for this position is $65,000โ€“$75,000 plus eligibility for a performance-based annual bonus. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, and geographic location.
