Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Cyber Practice Account Analyst to support the growth and operations of Patriots National Cyber Liability Practice. This role is responsible for supporting policy workflows, maintaining accurate account documentation, assisting with surplus lines compliance, and helping partner agencies service and grow cyber liability business. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and eager to develop expertise in Cyber Liability insurance within the small and mid-sized business market. This position plays a key role in supporting broker relationships, improving policy processing efficiency, and contributing to the continued success of the Cyber Practice.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time hybrid position reporting to our office located in Media, PA.

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Support the Cyber Practice Leader and account team with new business, renewal, policy servicing, and account management activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to retail broker clients, partner agencies, carriers, and internal team members.
  • Maintain accurate records within the agency management system and electronic files.
  • Assist with submission tracking, quote preparation, binding activities, policy issuance, and related policy workflow tasks.
  • Process policy change requests, endorsements, cancellations, and billing-related follow-up items in a timely manner.
  • Issue new and renewal Certificates of Insurance and manage the receipt and distribution of policies.
  • Follow up with insurance carriers regarding cancellations, payment issues, endorsements, and other policy servicing needs.
  • Assist with surplus lines policy compliance and related documentation requirements.
  • Create and maintain basic spreadsheets, Word documents, tables, and internal materials to support clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with accounting and internal teams to resolve policy, billing, cancellation, and servicing matters.
  • Support partner agencies in growing Cyber Liability opportunities through cross-selling efforts, carrier solutions, and Patriots Digital Trading Marketplace.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with clients, carriers, partner agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required.
  • Active Property & Casualty Producer license required or ability to obtain after hire.
  • Previous insurance, account servicing, agency operations, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Interest in developing knowledge of Cyber Liability insurance, surplus lines processes, and specialty insurance products.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on open items, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, clear, and client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic document formatting.
  • Experience with Applied EPIC agency management system preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing policy documents, endorsements, certificates, and compliance materials.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, carriers, partner agencies, accounting teams, and internal team members.
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented, and committed to learning and professional development within the insurance industry.
