Job description

Eclectic-Mosaic Wellness (EMW) is a trauma-informed outpatient psychotherapy practice serving adults across Massachusetts. Within our broader adult outpatient model, we are developing a focused specialty track at the intersection of:

• LGBTQIA+ identity
• HIV-affirming clinical practice
• Sexuality-affirming psychotherapy
• Culturally responsive care for BIPOC communities

Our model integrates clinical rigor, systems literacy, and operational accountability. At EMW, affirmation includes medical awareness, structural understanding, and clinical integrity — not surface-level language.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist) with demonstrated competence providing psychotherapy to adults navigating:

• Sexual orientation and gender identity development
• Sexual health, desire, and relational concerns
• HIV-related stigma, disclosure, and medical trauma
• Racialized stress and structural inequity
• Intersectional identity formation
• Religious trauma and internalized shame
• Non-heteronormative relationship structures

The ideal candidate demonstrates familiarity with:

• Minority stress theory
• Structural racism and medical mistrust
• U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable) framework
• PrEP/PEP navigation and sexual health literacy
• Gender-affirming care considerations
• Power dynamics within clinical systems

This role includes ongoing psychotherapy and collaborative care with medical providers, infectious disease specialists, and community health systems when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist)
• Demonstrated experience serving LGBTQIA+ adults
• Experience or training in HIV-affirming care
• Experience providing sexuality-affirming psychotherapy
• Demonstrated experience working with BIPOC clients
• Comfort working in an insurance-based outpatient setting

Responsibilities

• Provide 45–60 minute psychotherapy sessions (primarily telehealth)
• Complete documentation within 72 hours (48 preferred)
• Participate in required monthly case consultation
• Coordinate care with medical providers when indicated
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical billing practices
• Communicate clearly about financial responsibility with clients

Clinical Ethos

At EMW:

Sexuality is a clinical domain, not a side topic.
Affirmation includes structural awareness.
Compassion includes systems literacy.
Documentation is part of ethical care.

We are building a steady, accountable, intersectional practice in method — not just language.
Compensation is structured as a 70/30 split of collected session revenue, with estimated annual earnings of $85,000–$115,000 depending on caseload and payer mix.

Company Description

Eclectic-Mosaic Wellness is a trauma-informed outpatient psychotherapy practice serving adults across Massachusetts. We emphasize thoughtful intake, strong clinical fit, and continuity of care. Our model integrates cultural responsiveness, systems literacy, and operational accountability to deliver steady, sustainable outpatient treatment.
