Cape Cod Healthcare is looking to grow our Primary Care Division across Cape Cod. Practice locations in Falmouth, Osterville, Harwich, Orleans, and more. Enjoy a 4 day workweek with dedicated administrative time in your workday. Our innovative care and compensation models allow you to design the practice style that fits your personal growth and work life balance goals.

Position Highlights:

  • $275,000 + base salary

  • Productivity bonus structure designed by your primary care colleagues
