Job Description
Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
We are seeking an experienced Capture professional to lead complex, advanced electronic warfare technology efforts and captures for next-generation capabilities within our Electronic Attack Solutions Product Line at BAE Systems.
This role includes new business development initiatives, deep customer understanding/relationships, execution of development and proof of concept projects, and bid and proposal activities. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety, and security.

  • Experience leading mid/large teams on development efforts of significant complexity
  • Discipline experience and/or expertise in Electronic Warfare, SIGINT, or other related disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in an externally facing role, building customer relationships, leading customer interactions and discussions of a technical and/or strategic nature
  • Demonstrated program/project management skills with a strong understanding of latest Program Management discipline requirements and procedures
  • Experience leading software development and integration efforts with familiarity and experience with current development strategies and approaches
  • Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and applying Risk and Opportunity Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be cleared to Top Secret

Preferred Skills and Education
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Capture certifications
Minimum Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
  • 12+ years Program Management, technical leadership, or other relevant work experience
