Responsibilities
As a Site Operations Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our entertainment venue runs smoothly and efficiently. Whether you're coordinating event logistics, assisting guests, or managing equipment, your dedication and attention to detail will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
  • Maintains a friendly atmosphere while providing product information, answering guest inquiries, handling cash transactions
  • Troubleshoots minor operational issues with the equipment
  • Assists with the repairs and maintenance of equipment, including arcade games, prize machines, ride platforms, and other allied equipment
  • Assists guests with amusement games and prize selection, as well as stocks claw-style games and redemption center
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests
  • Maintains a clean and orderly area around assigned location.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Experience in equipment maintenance a plus
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends and/or holidays
  • Professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
