Job description

Atrium LLC is a Design Built Company with different divisions, from architectural services, real estate development & Construction. We are looking for an Administrative Support Assistant and Accounting Assistant for our dynamic company. We are looking for an energetic, hardworking person with strong organizational skills and the ability to work quickly and multi-task efficiently. Ideally we are looking to fill a full time position; however, it can start as a part time and transition into full.

The position's responsibilities will include:

Office administration:

  1. Managing all office/administration activities (mail, phone, emails etc.)
  2. Maintaining office equipment & supplies
  3. Maintaining an orderly and accurate filing system
  4. Communication with L&I, and other City of Philadelphia municipals.

Accounting responsibilities

  1. Prepares accounts payable checks
  2. Answers vendor inquiries.
  3. Analyzes vendor accounts
  4. Maintains all accounts payable files
  5. Make deposits, as necessary
  6. Producing QuickBooks Reports
  7. Producing Excel Spreadsheets
  8. Assists with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary
