When you join RadNet as a Sales Associate, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:

Relationship Development

  • Visit physician offices to introduce imaging services.
  • Build relationships with physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and clinical staff.
  • Support Provider Sales Representatives with territory coverage.
  • Assist with new provider onboarding.
  • Conduct routine follow-up visits with referral sources.
  • Deliver marketing materials and educational resources.

Customer Service

  • Respond to physician office questions.
  • Resolve routine service concerns.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Serve as a liaison between operations and referring offices.

Marketing

  • Coordinate Lunch & Learns.
  • Assist with CME events.
  • Support community outreach activities.
  • Participate in health fairs.
  • Help coordinate physician appreciation events.
  • Promote new modalities and services.

Territory Support

  • Maintain CRM documentation.
  • Update referral databases.
  • Track provider interactions.
  • Assist with physician satisfaction surveys.
  • Monitor referral trends.
  • Prepare reports for Territory Managers.

Learning & Development

  • Complete structured sales training.
  • Learn imaging modalities.
  • Learn healthcare reimbursement basics.
  • Understand referral patterns.
  • Shadow Provider Sales Representatives.
  • Develop territory management skills.

  • Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations.
  • You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.
  • You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of healthcare, marketing, customer service, or sales experience
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned territory
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
