Description
  • Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support roles
  • Experience supporting Government operations or highโ€‘volume documentation environments

Responsibilities:
  • Perform file operations and maintenance, including file storage, interfiling, consolidations, and searches
  • Respond to file requests with accuracy and timeliness
  • Update Government systems to ensure precise recordkeeping
  • Conduct regular audits of file rooms and travel to additional Government facilities for audit support
  • Connect incoming correspondence to existing file records
  • Scan large multiโ€‘page documents for digital record management
  • File naturalization certificates and notices; assist in closing out citizenship ceremonies
  • Provide administrative support for forms and applications used in adjudication processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support operational continuity
