  • Estimated HVAC project costs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings ranging from $10K to $3M in scope.
  • Interpreted blueprints, specifications, and scope documents to produce accurate material takeoffs and labor costs.
  • Collaborated with project managers and engineers to develop competitive bids and value engineering proposals.
  • Maintained strong vendor relationships to ensure accurate pricing on materials and subcontractor quotes.
  • Identified cost-saving opportunities and helped reduce average bid variance by 15% over two years.
  • Used estimation software (e.g., Trimble, FastPIPE, PlanSwift) for digital takeoffs and bid submissions.
  • Attended site visits and pre-bid meetings to assess project feasibility and gather critical information.
  • Participated in project meetings and site visits to collect essential data and clarify project requirements
