Bid Coordinator – Mayfield Village, OH
Mars Electric is hiring a full-time Bid Coordinator in our projects team group to support our project quoting process. You will organize incoming project information, coordinate bid assignments, track deadlines, communicate updates, and connect internal teams with sales representatives, customers, and manufacturer partners.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (one remote work from home day after training)

What You’ll Do -
  • Organizing blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Coordinating bids across Lighting, Gear, Inside Sales, and Wire and Cable.
  • Tracking quote progress and customer deadlines.
  • Maintaining accurate bid records and project notes.
  • Distributing RFIs, bulletins, addendums, and other updates.
  • Following up with teams to keep quotes on schedule.
What We’re Looking For -
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or project management, business administration or sales
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive and dependable
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • An excellent communicator and consistent follow-up
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Experienced with ERP systems, with Eclipse experience preferred
