Bakery Manager (Hands-On) โ Diamond Bakery
Full-Time | 45โ50 hrs/week | $52,000+ + Monthly Bonus
Diamond Bakery is seeking an experienced, hands-on Bakery Manager to lead daily operations across both retail and wholesale.
This is not a desk job โ you will work in production, manage the floor, and lead by example every day.
What Youโll Do
- ย Oversee daily operations (opening/closing, scheduling, inventory)ย
- ย Work hands-on in baking and production while supervising the teamย
- ย Manage wholesale orders and client relationships
- ย Hire and train staff
- ย Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- ย Manage ordering, cost control, and overall operationsย
- ย Support growth through catering, events, and partnershipsย
What Weโre Looking For
- Bakery production experience required (not just general food service)ย
- ย Strong focus on cleanliness and organization
- Lead-by-example manager willing to work front and back of houseย
- ย Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environmentย
- ย Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with early mornings and weekendsย
Compensation
- ย Starting at $52,000+ (based on experience)
