We are always planning for the future, and are constantly looking for talented people to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking to hire a hard-working bakery helper to clean, stock, and maintain the kitchen and help prepare baked goods ingredients. The bakery helper's responsibilities include retrieving ingredients from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom, measuring ingredients per the production team's instructions, and cleaning production dishes. You should also be able to ensure that all work areas are properly sanitized.

To be successful as a bakery helper, you should demonstrate a sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures and remove expired or spoiled ingredients from the refrigerator, freezer, and stockroom. Ultimately, an outstanding bakery helper should be able to follow all food health and safety regulations and display exceptional organizational skills to ensure the timely completion of kitchen duties.

Qualifications
  • Good communication skills, time planningย and resource management.

  • Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.

  • Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create delicious baked goods.
