Job description

At Frenchette Bakery, we are passionate about producing high-quality breads, viennoiserie, and pastries with consistency, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Full-Time Baker to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake breads, pastries, and laminated products according to bakery standards
  • Scale, mix, shape, proof, and bake a variety of doughs and pastries
  • Follow production schedules and recipes with accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards throughout the workspace
  • Assist with daily prep and station setup/breakdown
  • Monitor product quality and communicate any production issues to management
  • Work collaboratively with the pastry and production teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Help maintain inventory and notify management of low stock when needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of professional bakery experience required
  • Passion for artisan baking and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and early mornings
