We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

Maintain a clean and inviting environment
