Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Verify insurance coverage
  • Collect past due balances and copayments upon checking in
  • Answer phones and relay messages
  • Confirming patient appointments
  • Schedule initial and follow up appointments
  • Input/Update patient information, including insurance

Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications:

  • 1yr Medical Front Office (Preferred)
  • 1yr Customer services experience (Required)
  • Experience with EMR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Positive attitude that welcomes teamwork
