We're hiring a Front Desk & Customer Support Coordinator to serve as a central support hub across departments — handling front-desk reception, order processing, and customer communications in a fast-paced, varied role.
Responsibilities● Provide welcoming, organized front-desk and reception support
● Support showroom/store operations and daily workflow
● Enter and maintain accurate customer order records
● Assist with returns, exchanges, and issue resolution
● Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
● Learn internal platforms and service workflows quickly
● Provide flexible backup support across departments
● Maintain proactive communication with customers and teams
● Support additional administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications● Prior customer service, admin, or retail experience preferred
● Strong verbal, written, phone, and email communication
● English fluency required; Spanish a plus
● Detail-oriented with strong time management
● Positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
● Team-oriented and reliable
● Comfortable learning new systems quickly
