We're hiring a Front Desk & Customer Support Coordinator to serve as a central support hub across departments — handling front-desk reception, order processing, and customer communications in a fast-paced, varied role.

Responsibilities

●      Provide welcoming, organized front-desk and reception support

●      Support showroom/store operations and daily workflow

●      Enter and maintain accurate customer order records

●      Assist with returns, exchanges, and issue resolution

●      Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently

●      Learn internal platforms and service workflows quickly

●      Provide flexible backup support across departments

●      Maintain proactive communication with customers and teams

●      Support additional administrative and operational tasks

Qualifications

●      Prior customer service, admin, or retail experience preferred

●      Strong verbal, written, phone, and email communication
