Job description

Description:

Hull Property Group is one of the largest privately held commercial real estate companies in the United States. Our long-term ownership strategy and commitment to redevelopment allow us to revitalize and reposition properties that play a vital role in strengthening the local economies and communities we serve.

Our mission of Inspiring Success shapes the continued growth of our properties, company, and people. As a locally owned company with a national presence, Hull Property Group offers employees the opportunity to work in a collaborative, family-oriented environment while contributing to projects and initiatives across the country.

The Front Desk & File Clerk serves as a professional first point of contact for the corporate office while providing essential file management and administrative support. The position shares front desk coverage with another member of the administrative team several days each week, with remaining time dedicated to records management and departmental support.

This position offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to a well-established and growing commercial real estate company, develop valuable professional skills, and build a foundation for future career opportunities within Hull Property Group.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, visitors, vendors, candidates, and employees.
  • Greet guests, answer and route calls, take messages, and direct visitors appropriately.
  • Assist candidates and visitors with check-in and provide professional, courteous customer service.
  • Coordinate front desk coverage and maintain a welcoming, professional reception area.

File & Records Management

  • Organize, maintain, and file physical and electronic company records.
  • Review files for completeness and accuracy and assist with file clean-up, archiving, and retention projects.
  • Support departments with file organization and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Manage daily mail and package distribution.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, document preparation, filing, scanning, and special projects.
  • Coordinate rental car and travel reservations as requested.
  • Provide Administrative Coordinator/Runner coverage and perform other duties as assigned.

Growth & Development
Hull Property Group is committed to developing its people and providing opportunities to build meaningful careers within the organization. Employees who demonstrate strong performance, initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to learn may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and pursue future career opportunities as they become available.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to build a career—not simply fill a position—and is motivated to learn, contribute, and grow with the company.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Previous professional office experience required; reception, administrative, records-management, or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, service-oriented demeanor.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and follow-through.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Benefits

Hull Property Group offers a generous benefits package designed to support employee health, financial well-being, and work-life balance.
