Job Title: Front Desk / Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:

The Front Desk / Administrative Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, and incoming callers. This role combines reception responsibilities with general office administration, requiring strong communication skills, professionalism, and confidence using technology and office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist employees, guests, and visitors upon arrival
  • Manage the main reception area and provide professional front desk coverage
  • Answer incoming calls, determine the appropriate contact, and direct calls accordingly
  • Utilize internal systems to locate employees and obtain necessary information
  • Enter and monitor administrative service requests through ServiceNow
  • Complete general clerical and administrative assignments as needed
  • Operate standard office equipment, including printers and other front-office technology
  • Assist with special projects and day-to-day office requests

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate office, administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing environment preferred
  • Entry-level candidates may be considered with strong office, computer, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience working with a CRM or business software system is preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume front desk environment
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with visitors and company leadership
