Company Description

An enterprise client is seeking a freelancers to support high-volume hardware shipping and logistics inquiries. The selected candidates will assist with customer communication, internal coordination, and resolving delivery-related issues across multiple channels.

Job Description
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding shipping timelines and delivery status
  • Manage internal support requests from sales and operations teams
  • Communicate delays or issues clearly and professionally to both customers and stakeholders
  • Track and document interactions within CRM systems
  • Support additional operational tasks related to hardware distribution as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain logistical or technical issues clearly.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles
  • Reliable access to a PC or Mac with strong internet connectivity (Chromebooks/iPads not supported)

Highly prefer candidates to have:

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Experience working in logistics, shipping, or hardware-related environments
