Job description

We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot specialist to support and improve a large CRM environment following a migration from Salesforce.

HubSpot is used by more than 200 users across multiple sales teams. The main goal is to standardize processes, strengthen governance, improve reporting, and reduce unnecessary customization.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain HubSpot across multiple teams
  • Audit and optimize workflows, pipelines, reports, properties, custom objects, and user access
  • Establish governance rules, approval processes, naming conventions, and documentation
  • Support users and resolve day-to-day CRM issues
  • Build and improve workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Standardize sales processes while maintaining correct data visibility between teams
  • Improve data quality and remove duplicate or outdated configurations
  • Support user training and HubSpot adoption
  • Test and document major system changes
  • Depending on the candidate's background, the role may also include API integrations, webhooks, custom code, sandbox management, and work with external data sources.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience
  • Strong knowledge of workflows, pipelines, properties, reports, permissions, and CRM administration
  • Experience supporting multiple teams or a large number of users
  • Understanding of HubSpot governance and data quality practices
  • Ability to manage both user support and larger CRM improvement projects

Experience with HubSpot Enterprise, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Revenue Hub, APIs, SQL, Snowflake, or Salesforce migration
