SKIMS is seeking an Account Executive, Franchise Partnerships to support the growth, performance and operational execution of our global franchise business. Reporting to the Sr Director of Hybrid & Franchise Partnerships, this team member will serve as a key day-to-day partner to franchise operators, helping drive operational excellence, commercial performance and consistent brand execution across the SKIMS franchise network.
This individual will combine strong account management skills with exceptional organization and cross-functional coordination to support franchise partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and is passionate about retail, partnerships, and brand building. This role will play an important part in supporting the continued expansion of SKIMS' global franchise ecosystem while ensuring a seamless partner experience and consistent execution of brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales Support
  • Own weekly/monthly sell-in and sell-through reporting for major accounts; deliver insight-driven recaps and propose actionable next steps
  • Support Sales Director with market assortment planning, collection presentations, and sales analysis
  • Manage inbound/outbound account communications including imagery, samples, order confirmations, and EDI execution
  • Ensure orders are accurately processed, allocated, and invoiced in partnership with Customer Service and Logistics
  • Respond to and resolve invoice, PO, debit, and credit inquiries in partnership with Finance

Market & Strategy Execution
  • Support quarterly market prep: coordinate appointments, curate line sheets, track sample availability, and manage market tools
  • Assist in setting seasonal targets and validating order entry in the master file post-market
  • Partner with Marketing to execute seasonal marketing plans by account (top and bottom funnel)

Operational Excellence
  • Track and manage open orders to meet monthly shipping targets
  • Prepare weekly shipping updates and proactively communicate forecasts and needs to accounts
  • Ensure compliance with SKIMS' wholesale and EDI processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, Field Team, and Marketing to optimize wholesale performance

Partner Management
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for franchise operators, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with SKIMS brand standards, business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Lead regular business reviews with franchise partners, providing performance insights, operational updates and actionable recommendations.
  • Build franchise assortment plans in market in partnership with planning and aligned with strategic market objectives
  • Oversee end to end order management from order processing, review and negotiations through go to market planning.
  • Ensure orders are accurately processed, allocated and invoiced in partnership with Customer Service and Logistics
  • Respond and resolve inquiries related to the full operational scope

Business Development
  • Partner closely with the Sr Director of Hybrid & Franchise Partnerships and SVP Multi-brand Retail to support strategic initiatives, franchise growth opportunities and execution of key business priorities across global markets.
  • Ensure alignment between franchise partner strategies, regional business objectives and broader company growth initiatives.
  • Support franchise partners in executing annual business plans, seasonal initiatives, and market-specific opportunities that drive growth and brand expansion.
  • Prepare business analyses, presentations and recommendations for leadership reviews, partner meetings and strategic planning discussions.
  • Support senior leadership in evaluating market opportunities, partner performance and growth initiatives across existing and prospective franchise markets.

Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail Operations, Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Product teams to support the daily operations of the franchise-owned store network.
  • Partner with global teams to understand regional business needs and support global alignment across franchise operations.
  • Manage the operational efficiency of the franchise business by maintaining communication tools, reporting frameworks and process documentation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of franchise operating standards, training materials and best-practice resources to drive consistent execution globally.
  • Support new franchise store openings by coordinating timelines, cross-functional deliverables, inventory readiness, training, visual merchandising and operational requirements.
  • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency, scalability and consistency across the franchise organization.

Market & Strategy Execution
  • Support execution of the global franchise strategy, helping drive operational excellence and brand consistency across franchise markets.
  • Partner closely with Merchandising and Planning teams to support assortment planning, inventory management, and buy execution across franchise markets.
  • Monitor franchise partner performance through sales reporting, KPI tracking, inventory productivity analysis, and operational compliance reviews.
  • Partner with Planning and Finance teams to prepare business reviews and performance recaps, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory performance, and key business metrics to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support execution of regional and global initiatives that strengthen the franchise network and drive long-term brand growth.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 3-5 years of experience in wholesale, franchise management, retail operations, business development, account management or related commercial functions within apparel, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of retail math and contemporary markets
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, store performance metrics, inventory management and business planning
  • Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and follow-through
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
