Location: NYC, New York

Employment Type: Full-Time (35 Hours per Week)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer to design, develop, and implement engaging digital learning solutions. This role focuses on transforming training requirements into interactive, high-quality eLearning content that supports employee development and organizational compliance initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging eLearning courses and training programs.
  • Create interactive learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Develop microlearning modules, instructional videos, and multimedia assets.
  • Design training materials including graphics, manuals, job aids, and other learning resources.
  • Upload, manage, and maintain content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure compatibility across browsers and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical or design-related issues.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop effective learning solutions.
  • Stay up to date with instructional design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in eLearning development and instructional design.
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with tools such as Camtasia, Audacity, Photoshop, and Articulate Studio.
