Job description

This role is part of our ongoing bench program for upcoming client engagements. We are proactively identifying experienced consultants who can be deployed quickly as new projects are confirmed. While this position is not tied to an immediate start, it represents a strong opportunity to be considered for upcoming work aligned with your expertise and availability.
Please note that prior consulting experience is required, as this role will involve stepping into client environments with minimal ramp-up, working independently, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Qualified candidates will be contacted as relevant projects become available.
About the Role
We are building a network of experienced CRM professionals for upcoming consulting engagements supporting sales, marketing, and customer experience transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for consultants who can quickly step into client environments, optimize CRM functionality, improve workflow automation, and support cross-functional business teams through effective platform administration.
We are seeking a HubSpot / Dynamics 365 Administrator to support the configuration, optimization, reporting, automation, and ongoing administration of HubSpot and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments. This role will work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure CRM platforms effectively support business processes, improve visibility, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub) and/or Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) environments
  • Build and manage CRM workflows, automation sequences, lead routing, and pipeline configurations
  • Create and maintain custom properties, fields, forms, records, and segmentation structures
  • Develop CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics for business leaders and operational teams
  • Manage user setup, permissions, teams, roles, and access controls
  • Maintain CRM data quality through deduplication, list management, segmentation, and data governance processes
  • Support CRM integrations with ERP systems, marketing platforms, telephony systems, analytics tools, and other business applications
  • Configure marketing automation campaigns, lead scoring models, email workflows, and customer lifecycle automations
  • Execute platform updates, data migration activities, and import/export operations
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support across sales, marketing, and customer service teams
  • Maintain documentation including process flows, user guides, data dictionaries, and configuration records
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of CRM administration experience with HubSpot and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, CMS, etc.) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
  • Experience supporting CRM implementation, optimization, or migration projects
  • Strong experience with CRM automation tools including HubSpot Workflows and/or Power Automate
  • Proficiency in CRM reporting, dashboard development, and analytics
  • Experience supporting CRM integrations and data migration activities
  • Understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service business processes
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Note: This role supports upcoming client engagements. Candidates should have prior consulting experience and be comfortable operating in fast-paced client environments with minimal ramp-up.
