Job description

Looking for a highly motivated individual with demonstrated strength in data entry and relationship management to join as a coordinator on the Franchising and Development team. The Franchising and Development team is responsible for working with market planning, franchisees, and partners to execute KFC US's  strategic roadmap for new restaurant growth.  

EXPERIENCE:

  • BA required; 2-4 years relevant work experience 
  • Solid verbal & written communication skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Resourceful nature, with strong customer-service orientation
  • Experience with CRM tools and financial management systems
  • Effective communicator who can present complex findings in a clear and complete manner
  • Advanced Excel skills needed and familiarity with AIS & Domo or Power BI 

Salary Range: $68,670 to $72,485 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Support franchisee development by owning the new unit and remodel registration process
  • Manage the remodel and new development pipelines
  • Track franchisee obligation dates at a store level and any changes to them 
  • Assist KFC US field development team to smooth/reset franchisee asset obligations 
  • Partner with KFC US field development team to register new restaurant sites
  • Drive process improvement in KFC CRM and Accounts Receivable tools
  • Manage the end to end franchise agreement process - from generation to termination
