Job description

We are seeking a strong Senior Sales Executive for a Fractional CFO and Financial Services Firm. This industry and sales rely entirely upon relationships and trust. You will be responsible for driving business growth through networking, targeted cold calling, managing referral sources, and capitalizing on marketing leads.

Qualified candidates must have a background in value add selling, strong relationship development skills, be able to follow the company sales model, and take full ownership of sales for the company.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize the sales tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze data
- Conduct outside sales visits to engage with potential clients and promote products/services
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals successfully

Skills:

- Proven experience in value add sales(financial background not required)
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship development
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
