FP&A Manager

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid)
Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 base salary (depending on experience) + bonus potential

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across multiple business units
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning, capital investments, and operational initiatives
  • Partner with construction project teams and manufacturing leadership to monitor performance, analyze variances, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Provide detailed analysis on revenue, margins, project profitability, and cost drivers across both lines of business
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 5–8+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or related experience
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments strongly preferred
