Selrico Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Director to lead our food service operations in a Correctional Facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of food service to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
  • Manage and train food service staff, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
