With a virtual team of 450+ physicians in 20 specialties, Eagle delivers care services that improve patient outcomes, mitigate coverage gaps, expand specialty access, and help hospitals enhance care quality and reputation in the communities they serve.


Job Summary:


The Program Manager, Hospital-Based Medicine role will facilitate implementations and manage telemedicine programs to maximize customer satisfaction, ensure clinical success, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. They will be responsible for special projects within Hospital-Based Medicine, ensuring the continued evolution and excellence of their designated service lines.

This is a hybrid position (three days in the office).


Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for managing successful telemedicine program implementations

  • Plans, executes, and finalizes new program implementations. Leads internal Operations team members and works in conjunction with various internal teams, as well as third-party vendors and clients, to ensure new programs are started successfully and on-time
  • Defines project objectives and oversees quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drives implementations forward, ensuring on-time starts for all programs.


Provides ongoing management to existing programs to ensure continued program success

  • Conducts monthly or quarterly touch bases for all programs within their portfolio.


Communicates clearly and regularly with hospital and Eagle administration, including C-suite level executives

  • Responds promptly and effectively to stakeholder questions pertaining to new program requests and ongoing initiatives. As appropriate, triages and routes questions to the relevant team member.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and potential partners
  • Works closely with Program Coordinators and Physician Scheduling Coordinator to facilitate physician onboarding, scheduling, and staffing for their assigned programs
  • Works directly with Eagleโ€™s Medical Directors to develop telemedicine workflows, products, and standards of work to ensure high adoption and compliance
  • Serves as the main point of contact for project issue coordination and resolution
  • Provides support to special projects within Operations
  • Participates in an internal Administrator on Call rotation
