Job description

Our Opportunity:

Chewy’s Merchandising Operations Team’s mission is to be the most trusted and convenient destination for our pet partners to conduct business, and we are looking for a Program Manager in either our Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Bellevue, WA locations. This role will support Partner Systems & Services programs, including partner integrations, platform onboarding, and maintaining day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing operational workflows, developing and maintaining documentation, managing program performance metrics, and a demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute program development initiatives. This position is expected to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires data-driven decision-making and real time actions. Success in this role depends on building strong relationships across external partners, catalog, product, tech, fulfillment, and internal support teams. Does this sound like you? What You'll Do:

  • Own partner platform onboarding and management roadmap, operational governance, and processes
  • Set and track KPIs and program metrics, producing regular performance reports and insights
  • Define and deliver partner program strategies to manage tradeoffs and maximize value while meeting timelines
  • Develop and maintain documentation for partner systems & services workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Manage operational workflow execution for onboarding new partners, partner compliance, and partner system integrations
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve partner systems and services
  • Support operations teams with incident investigations and resolution

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, operations, supply chain management, or related field
  • 4+ years of relevant business experience
  • Ability to write custom SQL queries to mine and analyze large, complex data sets
  • Experience leading and coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationships
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with project management software tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Program/product management experience
  • Position may require travel

Bonus:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in Seller Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Fulfillment Services
  • Experience working in Mirakl or other eCommerce SaaS Platform environments
  • Experience working in Oracle CRM or alternative software environments
  • Knowledge of product classification systems, catalog taxonomy, and product launch processes

The base salary range for this role is $95,500 - $152,500.00.
  • The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
