Job description

Provides direct supervision for the program staff. Supervises and/or coordinates direct service delivery of the reporting unit. Direct supervision of program staff and ensures training compliance. Completes required documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Interviews and hires prospective employees, orients them to program and creates schedule for clinical staff. Assumes administrative and supervisory duties in the absence of the Program Manager. Performs other duties related to job assignment. Adheres to all applicable federal, state, local and company maintained standards of compliance, ethics and policies concerned with the administration and delivery of agency services. Licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC), at least 1-2 years working with children, experience working in an inpatient unit, supervisor experience Knowledge of direct services, including relevant DSM 5 diagnosis and symptomatology. Ability to analyze and interpret clinical records, procedures, legal documentation and governmental regulations. Ability to effectively communicate verbally with, provide information to and respond to questions from managers, clients, service providers, family members and the general public. Bilingual Preferred.
