We have an exciting opportunity for a Food Program Processorto join our team!As a Food Program Processor,you'llhandle thetimelycompletion ofCACFP(Child and Adult Care Food Program)paperwork and verification to ensure compliance with program requirementsand seek opportunities to improve reimbursements and minimize disallowances.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit and review documentation and systems related to attendance, meals, family income information, and meal preparation, ensuringaccurateandtimelysubmission of all required reportsin accordance withestablished guidelines

  • Complete data entry and tracking worksheets related to Licensing, Child Supervision Records, CACFP(Child and Adult Care Food Program), and other KinderCare compliance programs

  • Transferdataaccuratelyfromoriginaldocumentationinto software systems

  • Build collaborative relationships withfieldadministrators to optimallyidentifyand address compliance concerns and reimbursement opportunities

  • Adapt to process and assignment changes anddemonstrateflexibility to learn new procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diplomarequired

  • Clerical,office,and/or bookkeeping experience preferred

  • 10-Keyproficiency

  • Exhibit professional and effective written and verbal communication skills
