Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Specialist

This position is contingent upon anticipated award date of March 31, 2026.

  • Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 
  • Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance Required, must be SCI Eligible - U.S. citizenship required
  • Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Depending on Experience and Education
  • Travel: 10% - Conus & Oconus Travel Required

Position Summary

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Specialist to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Specialist 

  • Serve as foreign disclosure representative for activities to support Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME) Program Office, FMS team, and Security office/foreign disclosure officer.
  • Provide pre-Letter of Request (LOR)/Line of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) and data availability research support to the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Team prior to the formal start of an FMS case.
  • Develop & maintain FMS Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation.
  • Track and report FMS Funding levels and disbursements.
  • Inform FMS team on requirements that would improve the review process.
  • Attend telecons and meetings as required to support the above tasks.
  • Manage Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual (JMEM) foreign disclosure release requests and approvals with the JTCG/ME PO.
  • Provide Information Exchange Annex (IEA) support.

Minimum Qualifications of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Specialist
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Systems Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
