Job Summary:

The DoD International AIMS Program Office is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced FMS Analyst to join our dynamic team.This role is critical to support the financial and logistical backbone of our Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reconciliation and case management within the DoD FMS framework.You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of FMS cases, from initiation through to final closure, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • The FMS Analyst will support the DoD International AIMS Program Office in the financial management of FMS cases.

  • Manage and process Progress Payments Disbursed but Undelivered (PPDUs) to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

  • Complete all necessary documentation and procedures for case closure, including the preparation of Notice of Service and Supply Complete (NSSC).

  • Perform comprehensive reconciliation of FMS case funds, ensuring alignment with program budgets and expenditures.

  • Conduct final case funding roll-ups to consolidate all financial data and prepare for case closure.

  • Perform FMS line balancing to ensure that obligations and expenditures are aligned with the case value.

  • Develops and prepares metrics and related reports, using Visual Management techniques.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 10 years of relevant experience within the program

  • Active Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with FMS financial processes, including reconciliation, PPDUs, and case closure.

  • Proficiency with FMS-related financial systems (e.g., DSAMS, CRIS, CCaR, CMCS, etc).

  • Knowledge of the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM).

  • Prior experience within the DoD, particularly with FMS programs.
