Could you be the full-time Project Analyst in Jamaica, NY we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your administrative and analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a vital role in supporting the site O&M contract and Repower program, ensuring smooth operations and efficient cost tracking. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as internal departments and external stakeholders), manage key performance reporting, and contribute to process improvements, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of coordinating data and information for invoicing and reporting, but also maintaining accurate project development records.
We'll look to you for:
Coordinating data and information from various internal departments for invoicing and reporting
Supporting contract administration and maintaining accurate project development information
Analyzing, preparing, and presenting key performance information
Coordinating funding actions, spend plans, and forecasting costs for various projects
Compiling information to prepare cost estimates and proposals
Processing management reports and performance indicators within specified timeframes

Bachelor's degree in business, business management, administration, or finance, or a proven track record as an administrative assistant or office specialist
Experience or understanding of Maximo (preferred)

Strong sense of organization and time management

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000
