We are looking for a result focused and team orientated leader. You will provide leadership to a team of employees within one location by coaching and promoting all DUNKIN’ brand standards. Daily operations include working with District Leader in ensuring all sales targets are being met and operations run smooth throughout the store location.

·     Able to perform all restaurant store team member, Shift Lead, and ITL duties

·     Ensure store location correctly execute all new product launches and processes in the marketing windows and LTO’s

·     Drive communication with staff using all deployment plans, teams service, and speed of service

·     Exceptional time management and problem solving skills.


Education/Experience


·     Basic Computer Skills

·     Fluent in spoken and written English Language

·     ServSafe Certification Preferred

·     Prior Dunkin’ managerial experience a plus!
