Jennifer Miller is a boutique jewelry company with locations on the Upper East Side, the Hamptons, Palm Beach, and Miami.
Store Manager
The Flagship Store Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and effectively managing team performance to support overall business growth.
Sales Leadership & Performance
  • Foster and maintain a luxury selling environment that consistently exceeds sales goals and enhances client retention.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
  • Set clear individual sales goals and hold team members accountable for performance.
Operations
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and compliance.
  • Maintain strong operational standards and ensure all team members are properly trained and executing consistently.
  • Support the day-to-day functions of the business, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory processes.
  • Support website fulfillment as needed.
Team Development & Manpower Management
  • Develop and inspire team members through ongoing coaching, real-time feedback, and structured performance reviews.
  • Identify individual strengths and optimize scheduling to maximize productivity and sales opportunities.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent while building a strong pipeline and succession plan for future growth.
