Prevost, une division du Groupe Volvo Canada inc, cherche son(sa) prochain(e) superviseur(e) de production afin d’assurer la gestion efficace des opérations quotidiennes, d’optimiser la performance des équipes et de soutenir les objectifs de qualité, de productivité et de santé et sécurité au travail.

Le (la) superviseur(e) de production aura comme principale mission de développer et mobiliser les membres de son équipe. Tout en améliorant continuellement les processus de travail, il aura à structurer les activités opérationnelles afin de rencontrer les résultats attendus de son département. Son équipe sera composée d’environ 20 personnes.

Vos responsabilités : Planifier, organiser, diriger et contrôler les différentes activités de production de son département en vue d’atteindre les objectifs fixés (productivité, qualité, délai et coûts) et voit à réviser les priorités au besoin; Mesurer la performance des membres de son équipe et effectue les ajustements nécessaires pour garantir l’atteinte des résultats; Développer, mobiliser et encadrer une équipe de production dans un contexte manufacturier; Compléter toute la documentation nécessaire à la bonne circulation d’information; Assurer et mesurer le respect des règles organisationnelles et l’efficacité des programmes mis en place dans son secteur; Fixer les attentes auprès de son équipe et les implique dans l’ensemble des projets qui pourront faire appel à leurs forces ou qui leur permettront de développer leurs points à améliorer; Contribuer activement à l’amélioration continue des méthodes de travail et à la structuration des opérations.
