VOTRE ROLE:

Coordonner les activites des differents agents de l'equipe Import Maritime pour permettre de rencontrer les besoins changeants des clients. Gerer la performance des agents faisant partie de leur equipe et performer le role d'agent pour certains clients majeurs.

CE QUE VOUS ALLEZ FAIRE:

  • Connaitre et respecter les procedures de l'import maritime.
  • S'allier et s'impliquer avec les representants commerciaux pour entretenir et fideliser les clients.
  • S'assurer d'offrir un service a la clientele de haut niveau.
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de relation avec le reseau CEVA.
  • S'assurer de suivre les procedures mises en place pour ISO et pour mesurer la performance.
  • Structurer, organiser et distribuer le flot des operations.
  • Responsabiliser les membres de l'equipe.
  • Creer un climat de travail base sur le respect et la collaboration.
  • Evaluer la performance du personnel et mettre en place les plans d'ameliorations necessaires.
  • Agir en tant qu'agent avec clients determines (reservations, livraisons, cotations, suivi et service a la clientele).
  • Gestion du personnel incluant les evaluations et les actions correctives.
  • Formation et integration des nouveaux employes.
  •   Suivre les formations liees au poste incluant mais pas limite a la bonne pratique de la distribution des produits pharmaceutiques, transport de matiere dangereuse, SIMDUT/SGH, selon le besoin du departement.
  • Autres taches assignees par le superviseur immediat.

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS:

Pour tous les niveaux un DEC ou equivalent en scolarite et une experience obligatoire en fret maritime.

Cinq (5)  annees d'experience dans le domaine et 1 a 2 ans d'experience en supervision

Competences Requises :

Tres bonnes connaissances de l'environnement MS Office. Sens des affaires. Bilinguisme essentiel (Francais - Anglais) tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit. Leadership, integrite, excellent jugement, capacite de negociation, resolutions de problemes, esprit d'equipe, prise de decision, communication  ainsi que controle emotif sont les principales competences recherchees.

YOUR ROLE:

Coordinate the activities of the various agents on the Ocean Import team in order to meet clients' changing needs. Manage the performance of the agents on the team and act as an agent for certain major clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Know and comply with ocean import procedures.
  • Work closely and engage with sales representatives to maintain and retain clients.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain a high level of relationship with the CEVA network.
  • Ensure compliance with the procedures put in place for ISO and performance measurement.
  • Structure, organize, and distribute the flow of operations.
  • Hold team members accountable.
  • Create a work environment based on respect and collaboration.
  • Evaluate staff performance and implement the necessary improvement plans.
  • Act as an agent for designated clients (bookings, deliveries, quotations, follow-up, and customer service).
  • Manage personnel, including evaluations and corrective actions.
  • Train and onboard new employees.
  • Complete training related to the position, including but not limited to good distribution practices for pharmaceutical products, transportation of dangerous goods, and WHMIS/GHS, depending on departmental needs.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

For all levels, a DEC or equivalent education, along with mandatory experience in ocean freight.

Five (5) years of experience in the field and 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience.

Very good knowledge of the MS Office environment. Business acumen. Bilingualism essential (French and English), both spoken and written. Leadership, integrity, excellent judgment, negotiation skills, problem-solving, teamwork, decision-making, communication, and emotional control are the main competencies sought.
