Relevant du Directeur principal du centre de distribution, le Gestionnaire principal, Operations joue un role strategique cle dans la supervision, l'optimisation et l'evolution d'un centre de distribution a haut volume et a rythme soutenu.

Leader d'envergure, le titulaire du poste, est responsable d'orchestrer les operations sur trois quarts de travail, de mobiliser une structure de gestion etendue, et d'assurer une performance durable alignee sur la strategie de l'entreprise. A la fois stratege et leader terrain, il contribue directement a l'excellence operationnelle, a la croissance des capacites et a la transformation continue des operations.

Responsabilites
  • Diriger, mobiliser et developper les equipes de gestion afin d'atteindre et de depasser les indicateurs cles de performance operationnels, financiers et SST.
  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne des operations du centre de distribution tout en maintenant une vision strategique a moyen et long terme.
  • Piloter des initiatives d'amelioration continue et des projets de transformation touchant les processus, les technologies et les equipements.
  • Contribuer a la planification strategique du centre de distribution, incluant la capacite, la main d'uvre, l'automatisation et les investissements.
  • Participer a la gestion budgetaire et a l'analyse de la performance financiere en identifiant des opportunites d'optimisation.
  • Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes interfonctionnelles (transport, TI, finances, RH, approvisionnement, magasins).
  • Developper les talents, renforcer les competences des gestionnaires et promouvoir une culture de performance, de collaboration et de securite.
Exigences du poste
  • Baccalaureat en gestion des operations, chaine d'approvisionnement, genie industriel ou domaine connexe (MBA, un atout).
  • Minimum de 7 ans d'experience en gestion des operations dans un environnement de distribution, logistique ou manufacturier a haut volume.
  • Experience demontree en gestion d'equipes de grande envergure et en conduite de projets de transformation.
  • Solides competences analytiques, financieres et organisationnelles.
  • Leadership mobilisateur, excellente communication et aptitude a evoluer dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Bilinguisme francais/anglais fonctionnel, un atout afin de pouvoir interagir avec des collegues, fournisseurs et partenaires nationaux.
