Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm 

Salary: 18-22$ per hour based on experience

What you'll do:

 

As a Specialist, your primary goal is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our activities and to act as a department expert for the rest of the team. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Preparing shipments and shipping documents each day
  • Tracking and sharing shipment status with customers
  • Maintaining great relationships with carriers and internal teams
  • Ensuring customers receive their orders on time
  • Sending shipping confirmations to customers
  • Billing customers according to their billing preferences
  • Training and developing new employees
  • Solving problems and conducting follow-ups/investigations

  • Experience in team management within distribution or logistics. 
  • Ability to handle stress and solve challenges proactively. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability to change. 
  • Able to communicate in both English & French as you'll be working with customer from the United States & Canada.
