Position:  Warehouse Supervisor

Reports to: Assistant Manager, Distribution Center 

Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm 

Salary: Between 20.19$/h et 25$/h depending on experience

What you'll do.

 

As a Team Leader, your main goal is to ensure the smooth daily operations. Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team (including warehouse staff and agency personnel) to maximize their contribution.
  • Organize daily activities and effectively allocate human and material resources to achieve production and quality goals.
  • Train the team on best practices and safety procedures and encourage continuous improvement to optimize productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate action plans.
  • Oversee delivery deadlines and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery and optimal merchandise management.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with management and ensure compliance with safety protocols to minimize risks and guarantee a safe working environment.

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in distribution, operations, or logistics, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and manage diversity.
