Description

The Investments Relationship Manager acts as a central point of contact for a variety of member investment needs, ensuring continuity of high-quality service, product delivery, and responsiveness to client needs. This position offers financial products and services to members through outbound and inbound calls from all categories of member groups. Assist members/clients and prospects with information, account servicing, products offered and procedures to implement an investment program.

Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:

Job Duties:

  • Proactively support and promote all aspects of Addison Avenue Investment Services and First Tech through education, cross referrals, speaking and presentation opportunities, and contact center and membership engagement; provide 401(k) and Financial Education Workshops to credit union employees and membership
  • Interface with mutual fund companies, insurance companies, clearinghouse and broker/dealer for any client needs or services
  • Participate in networking events on behalf of First Tech
  • Keep informed of current success of investment products offered and of new products being made available through broker dealer
  • Stay abreast of changes in products/services, procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with business unit partners – HR, Employee Accounts, Leadership, and Department Advocates to increase/promote awareness of products and services
  • Cultivate new clients through referrals and calling efforts to achieve individual and team revenue goals
  • Maintain member files and records to comply with the requirements FINRA, SEC, Raymond James, and state insurance agencies
  • Develop effective ways to promote brand awareness that lead to measurable business results

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relationship management experience in the financial industry
  • Ability to use discretion and judgment when working with clients and matters of privacy
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external business partners
  • Proficiency with basic to complex mathematical calculations
  • Ability to organize, analyze and interpret data to reach sound decisions and guide investors based on individual risk tolerances
  • Ability to create and deliver dynamic and engaging presentations with the ability to tailor messages to the audience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn Raymond James-specific applications (Advisor Access, Client Center, etc.)
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Familiarity with a CRM (such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) is beneficial
  • Certification/License: Series 7, 63 & 65 or 66 FINRA licenses, Life & Disability Insurance License

Location:   Boise Experience Center | Eagle, ID 83616

Target Compensation in Idaho: $65,000 to $76,800 (includes base pay and incentive)
