About the Role

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations — managing billing, supporting accounts receivable, and making sure everything runs with precision and care.

What You'll Do
Billing amp; Payments
  • Generate and distribute monthly customer invoices.
  • Process incoming credit card and ACH payments.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable aging reports on a weekly basis.
  • Handle professional collections outreach with care and tact.
Data amp; Document Management
  • Maintain accurate daily entries in our accounting software.
  • Process vendor invoices and expense receipts.
  • Keep digital financial records organized and up to date.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
Customer Relations
  • Respond to billing inquiries from customers quickly and professionally.
  • Resolve payment disputes with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Provide invoice copies and account statement updates as needed.
What We're Looking For
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an accounting or accounting support role.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Knowledge of SaaS or subscription-based billing models.
