Customer Service Representative- Call Center

At MaxxSouth Broadband, we're committed to connecting people to what matters most-fast, reliable internet, advanced TV and voice services, and unwavering local customer care.We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our call center sales team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our residential customers by resolving billing and general inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who promotes our products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver accurate information regarding billing invoices, cycles, procedures, and company policies.
  • Provide first-call resolution for general inquiries about products, services, and company information.
  • Promote and upsell company services to existing customers. Promote and upsell MaxxSouth services to new and existing customers, while fostering customer retention through excellent service and in-depth product knowledge.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
  • Attend monthly training sessions and team meetings.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent - required
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment - required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
