General Summary: Under the direction of the Financial Systems Director, the Financial Systems Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise financial systems.
This role serves as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and operational departments to ensure systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with
organizational goals. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of financial processes and data integrity.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: System Administration & Support
Administer, maintain, and support financial systems ( ERP platforms such as Munis)
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
Manage user roles, access, and security in compliance with internal controls
Process Improvement& Automation
Partner with Finance and IT to identify and implement automation opportunities
Design and configure workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy Continuously evaluate system capabilities to enhance business processes
ERP Application Support
Provide Tier III support for the financial ERP system ( Munis) Develop, generate, and analyze reports to support decision- making
Project Coordination Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
