Data Entry Clerk – Tax Department

Location: McMurray, PA 15317

Schedule: Full-time | On-site

Duration: Temp to hire


Position Overview

An organization in the McMurray area is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support the processing of tax payments. This role involves handling a high volume of incoming mail, accurately entering payment information into the system, and maintaining strict attention to detail in a repetitive, process-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Open and sort incoming mail containing tax payments
  • Accurately record payment details into the system (checks, remittance information, etc.)
