Job description

The candidate will be working with attorneys, paralegals and other members of the firm with a series of financial administrative functions such as account payable and account receivables. Therefore, the candidate will have to have effective organizational and time managements skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented. The candidate will have to be able to work under constant pressure in a very fast-paced industry.
Job Type:
Full-time 8 am to 5 pm. Weekends may be required. Please, submit your salary requirements to be considered. References will be checked if you are considered for the position. Please submit a list of references with their contact information.
Financial Data Entry Specialist Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • At least two years (2) of experience is required
  • Experience with PCLaw Financial software and QuickBooks is preferred;
  • Experience with account payable and account receivables;
  • Self-starter Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Proficient with Google tools (email, calendar, google docs, Google Meet, etc.), zoom and others;
  • Bilingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese), in addition to English is a must;
  • Ability to handle a high caseload;
  • Able to constantly work with different team members;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, etc.
