Job description

We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary offices. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.   

This a 6-month Fixed Term opportunity.  

About the role: 

The Data Entry Clerk will support the coordinator team with the data entry, file organization, providing administrative support and other duties as assigned to meet operational requirements. 

About the day-to-day: 

  • Enter information to the loan origination and banking system.
  • File organization.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholder.
  • Other Ad hoc duties that may be assigned.

About the qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 6-month experience on a data entry role.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of MS office (focusing on Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to keep sensitive and confidential information.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

About the work environment:  

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.

Hiring process:

Compensation:  

The expected salary for this role is approximately $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
