19six is seeking a highly motivated architectural Design Professional to support projects within our Housing design studio in our Sacramento office.
PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Architects and Job Captains.
  • Develop and hone awareness of project processes and context.
  • Create and assist with project design efforts as directed.
  • Revise project redlines quickly and efficiently, as requested.
  • Check own work for accuracy and against company graphic standards.
  • Assist with bidding, permitting and construction admin processes (submittal/RFI/PCO intake, logging & filing).
  • Assist with project closeout and archiving.
  • Work collaboratively within an architectural team.
  • Handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's of Architecture required.
  • Previous experience or internship with an architecture firm preferred.
  • Minimum beginner-level experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Acrobat and MS Office software is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with desire and willingness for continual professional development.
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated, positive attitude, and proactive problem solver.
